If something is incorrect with your order, we’ll be happy to work things out with you.
Please take photos of your packaging state, as well as products that were shipped out to you laid out in an orderly, and clear visible way.

Refunds and Exchanges
If our products are not working for you, let us know, we’ll be happy to exchange the product for something else.
If there are defects with our products, we’ll be happy to refund with credit to your account or exchange it with another product.
We don’t have many requirements apart from you’re of the legal age of 19 and reside in Canada.
We do not ship out of Canada; we have the rights to request for Proof Identification if we deem fit.
We do not have a minimum spend, enjoy your goods as you want, and when you want.
Types of Shipments and Delivery Periods
We only ship one speed, XpressPost. All paid and free shipping are all XpressPost.
Shipping comes out from the West Coast, here are the general expected shipping times.
BC/AB/SASK/MAN: 2 – 4 days
ONT/QUE/NB/NS/NF/PEI – 3 – 5 days

All orders will receive an email once their package has been picked up and scanned in by Canada Post. In the email will include all information about your order and a tracking number.
If you have not received your tracking number, and it’s past a few days please email us at – firstname.lastname@example.org
We currently accept all payment methods.
We offer an amazing loyalty point system, as you spend, you incur loyalty reward points, where you can convert them to a dollar value. You can then use the points to redeem on your next purchases.

How to Use Loyalty Points
On the checkout screen, look at the top you will see a banner asking if you would like to apply your points to this purchase.
Click Apply, and it’ll deduct your loyalty points from your purchase order.
